Start by filling out the Plan My Xscape inquiry form. Tell me where you want to go, your travel dates, budget, who’s coming, and the kind of vibe you’re looking for. Once I review your request, I’ll follow up with the next steps and begin putting together options that fit your trip.

### Do I have to pay everything upfront?

Not always. Payment requirements depend on the trip, hotel, cruise line, or package you’re booking. Some reservations only require a deposit to get started, while others may require a larger payment or full payment upfront. I’ll always let you know exactly what’s due before anything is booked.

### Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, when the supplier allows it. Many vacations and group trips can be paid over time with a deposit followed by scheduled payments. Payment plan options, deadlines, and final payment dates will be explained before you book.

### Can you help with group trips?

Absolutely. Group Xscapes are one of my favorite things to plan. Whether it’s a girls’ trip, family getaway, couples trip, birthday celebration, retreat, or cruise, I can help organize accommodations, payments, activities, transfers, and the overall experience so the group isn’t trying to figure everything out on their own.

These are elevated travel experiences featuring select Palace Resorts, Le Blanc, and other luxury destinations available through Elite Xscapes. Depending on the property, availability, and booking terms, guests may have access to special resort experiences or member-related benefits. Once I know where you want to go, I’ll confirm the options available for your specific trip.

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a reservation — your trip is only confirmed once the required payment is made and official confirmation is received.
